Responsibilities

  • Build new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

Requirements

  • A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales or business development is essential.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking is a plus.
  • A strong customer service background and a great attitude are essential.
  • The ability to multi-task, with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, beginning with training pay between $20 - $25/hour. Our Business Development Representatives typically average $55,000-$60,000, while our top performers earn over $65,000 per year (includes base pay plus commission).
  • Comprehensive Benefits package, including medical insurance with Company contribution, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance available as well.
  • 401(k) plan with a generous Company match (up to 4%) and immediate vesting.
