About the Role
Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization through effective portfolio management and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multiple budgets, spending plans, and other strategic tools for Arcfield's programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance Arcfield's mission and objectives, leveraging expertise in finance, accounting, and strategic planning.
- Work closely with senior management, technical teams, and sponsors to ensure goals and requirements are gathered, clearly articulated, documented, and tracked to closure.
- Support the development and maintenance of business models to drive Arcfield's portfolio management goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, financial analysis, accounting, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and finance, with a proven track record of driving results and delivering outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of government strategic planning and resource management processes, as well as program planning and execution processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
