Job Title: Senior Quality Systems Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Systems Engineer to join our team at Tower Semiconductor. As a Senior Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal quality requirements and regulatory guidelines to optimize product development, manufacturing, and distribution for our state-of-the-art automotive and wireless communications semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of quality engineering principles and methods to ensure compliance with internal quality requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Facilitate interactions with internal teams, customers, and suppliers' engineering teams on various matters of quality systems, requirements, and activities.
  • Measure, monitor, and improve customer satisfaction through periodic business reviews and supplier scorecards.
  • Perform customer corrective action requests and initiate and support changes in control board activities.
  • Manage new product introduction systems and methodology, and drive continuous improvement process systems and methodology to gage repeatability and reproducibility systems.
  • Manage internal and external quality audits and meetings, and handle return material authorization for customer quality concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in quality engineering, process engineering, process integration engineering, or a combination of these fields.
  • ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001 auditor certifications.
