About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory - Franchise #0232. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy
• Present our concept to interested consumers
• Work at our front desk, answering phones and talking to members
• Give studio tours
• Work with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout
• Sell memberships
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Handle member concerns
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Ensure the studio is clean and organized

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• Health and fitness-minded individuals preferred
• High school diploma required
