Job Description:

Fidelity Investments is seeking a skilled Mobile Software Engineer to join our Mobile Platform squad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving our customer-facing software solutions for iOS and Android platforms.

The Team:

Our Mobile Platform squad is responsible for building and supporting scalable and highly reliable iOS/Android platforms for native mobile applications. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, creativity, and technical expertise.

The Expertise You Have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with building, debugging, and supporting mobile applications
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks using XCUI for iOS or Espresso for Android
  • Hands-on experience in Xcode and Swift (iOS) or Android Studio and Kotlin (Android)
  • Experience in delivering software in an Agile environment
  • Experience with Cloud technology is a must

The Skills You Bring:

  • Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote proper software engineering, and bug prevention strategies, testability, and security
  • Actively participate in the development process through writing and maintaining application features and automated tests, including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests, and interoperability tests
  • Support the team in designing reliable, accurate tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity, and production health
  • Enable the team in designing and developing automation using XCUI and Android Frameworks
