- Provide exceptional care to patients with a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses.
- Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team to develop, execute, and evaluate the multidisciplinary plan of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead practice changes.
- Work in a fast-paced, 27-bed medical surgical unit that offers rewarding nursing opportunities at a Magnet designated hospital.
Requirements:
Facility Requirement:
Traveler must have a permanent address outside the 50-mile radius of Madison.
Experience:
Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last three years.
Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
Traveler must have successfully completed a traveler assignment (13 weeks).
Education:
Associate degree in Nursing.
Licensure and Certification:
Traveler must have a WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
BLS - must be certified through the American Heart Association ONLY
