Job Description:

As a Lot Manager with Associates Asset Recovery, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle inventory management process. Your primary responsibility will be to verify the accuracy of vehicle inventory, including verifying that all vehicles secured the night before are present on the lot and that windows are properly marked with relevant information.

You will also be responsible for tracking appointments, delivery times, and transport information, as well as handling customer personal property pick-ups and vehicle redemptions. Additionally, you will record daily deliveries and releases to reconcile inventory and assist Repossession Agents as needed.

Another key aspect of this role is overseeing the proper storage and management of personal property from all vehicles, creating a detailed inventory in company apps and ensuring it is stored properly. You will also be responsible for monitoring the property area and removing outdated property.

Effective communication with statewide team members is essential in this role, as you will be working closely with them to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' relevant customer service experience in recovery or collections preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Good computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to operate a tablet with apps
  • Working knowledge of the repossession process, account handling, and vendor communication preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Must be extremely organized and able to stay on track for upcoming time-sensitive deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional, courteous with outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse customer and workforce population
  • Assertive individual with effective investigative and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work well on a team and focus on results, exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Work and communicate well with other team members
