Position Title: Wire Bonding & Hand Soldering Technician
Location: Northvale, NJ
Shift: 1st, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, based on wire bonding expertise
Role ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for assembling circuit boards into enclosures, executing wiring and crossovers, and performing wire bonding tasks utilizing a microscope. The role entails managing 1-2 assemblies daily.
As part of a compact production team consisting of 11 members, you will collaborate closely with another wire bonding technician, forming a dedicated duo. Candidates possessing soldering experience under a microscope will find their skills applicable to this role. Proficiency in reading blueprints and product schematics is essential.
Required Skills- Expertise in wire bonding under a microscope
- Proficient soldering skills under a microscope
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams
- Experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Must possess US Citizenship
This position is fully on-site in a manufacturing facility in Northvale, New Jersey. The role involves working with small components under a microscope. Opportunities for overtime are available. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
