Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at Seven Counties Services. As a key member of our residential day shift team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and oversee self-administered and prescribed medications, ensuring accurate dosages and timely delivery.
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and maintain accurate records, including general information relating to treatment results.
  • Administer injectable medications, educating clients on management of side effects and obtaining preauthorization of prescriptions/medications as needed.
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation relating to provision of care, medications, and other client-related services.
  • Maintain client medical records and charts, transcribing medical provider orders and obtaining requested medical information.
  • Schedule outside medical appointments for clients and monitor medical equipment and testing per CLIA standards.
Requirements
  • Up to eighteen months of education or training beyond the high school level in nursing or a related field of study.
  • License for Practical Nursing in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
  • Graduation of an Accredited program.
  • Minimum 6-12 months nursing experience.
