Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Magneto & Diesel Injector Service Inc.
Job Summary:The Branch Manager will be responsible for directing and supervising the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Attract, train, and retain qualified employees for all roles.
- Work Environment: Create and maintain a positive and engaged work environment.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
- Performance Evaluations: Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
- Team Meetings: Conduct daily team meeting with branch staff to clarify daily priorities and activities.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
- Employee Scheduling: Coordinate employee work schedules and control overtime expenses.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve employee conflicts, address corrective actions, and work closely with the Human Resources department.
- Performance Standards: Collaborate with the Division Manager to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and provide performance and production reporting to the Division Manager.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Direct the purchase and maintain adequate core inventory for rebuilding and remanufactured products.
- Training and Development:
- Customer Service: Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- Sales and Service: Answer incoming sales calls as needed to complete business transactions.
- ERP System: Enter sales and lost sales into the ERP system.
- Workorders and Invoices: Create workorders and invoices as needed.
- Reconciliations and Bank Deposits: Complete and/or oversee daily reconciliations and bank deposits.
- Community Activities: Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
- Inventory Control: Inspect order accuracy before accepting vendor deliveries, perform quality checks on inventory, conduct cycle counts, report discrepancies to leadership, and follow all company policies as it relates to Loss Prevention.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Secondary Education preferred.
- Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of Diesel Engines and their components, 5-7 years of Management experience working within the HD Truck Parts/Diesel Engine Parts industry, understanding of the Oil & Gas exploration business and customer needs, work experience in the Midland/Odessa market, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, experience with Salesforce is a plus, experience with ERP platforms is a plus; Epicor Prelude is utilized by the organization, experience with Inventory Control.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate, champion all safety policies, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Background and Screening: Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
