Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team at HBS Trash. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for transporting open top and compactor containers to various disposal sites, including landfills, transfer facilities, and customer job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a vehicle in accordance with HBS Trash's safety rules, OSHA regulations, and local, municipal, state, and federal laws.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment.
  • Report any unsafe situations or service-related issues to dispatch.
  • Communicate with dispatch to improve route production and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver and return containers to customer properties in a safe and proper manner.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience operating a CDL vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
  • Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with an air brake endorsement.
  • No restrictions on CDL license.
  • Acceptable driving record required.

Benefits:

  • $26 - $32 an hour depending on experience.

Work Environment:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime.
  • Weekends as needed.
