We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman A to join our team at Pike Corporation. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of crew members to ensure the successful completion of electrical line clearance projects.

• Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
• Safety and Risk Management: Ensure a safe working environment for all crew members and identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in electrical line clearance or a related field.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Valid driver's license and Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and using hands to fingers, handle, and feel. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
