Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator

Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our Wraparound program, you will be responsible for facilitating Child and Family Planning Meetings, working with families to develop and implement individualized plans to support their unique needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Wraparound principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, case management, and coordination of care for children and families with complex and enduring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are involved and that the meeting is productive and effective.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support the unique needs of each family, working closely with the family and other team members to ensure that the plan is tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide assessment, case management, and coordination of care for children and families, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all necessary services are provided.
- Collaborate with county and community partners, including social workers, probation officers, therapists, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure that the family receives comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years' experience working with children/youth and families with complex and enduring needs in a mental health setting.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- At least 21 years of age.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
- Own vehicle and current automobile insurance.
- Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Eligible for or be MHRS certified (certification requires certain number of hours completed based on degree earned).
- Experience implementing family-focused wraparound services.

- Starting at $33.11 to $35.61 per hour, actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role.
