Position Overview:

Department:
Maintenance Services

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance: Demonstrates consistent and reliable attendance.

2. Cleaning Duties: Responsible for cleaning designated areas within the facility as assigned.

3. Grounds Maintenance: Assists in the care and maintenance of school grounds as directed.

4. Light Maintenance: Changes light bulbs in ceilings up to 10 feet high as needed.

5. Additional Tasks: Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Education: No formal educational requirements.

2. Certifications: Must possess current CPR and First Aid certification.

3. Experience: No prior experience required.

4. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform routine physical tasks, including medium to heavy lifting of objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

5. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Note: The Board of Education and the Superintendent may consider alternatives to some of the above qualifications.
