We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Materials Handler Specialist to join our team in Spring Hill, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading metal distribution company, Phoenix Metals.

About the Job

This role involves handling and processing materials within our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as operating equipment such as forklifts and cranes.

You will work closely with our supervisors and colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be crucial in meeting production targets and quality standards.

We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

This is a medium-work role that requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with minimal temperature fluctuations.
