Job Summary

Pike Industries, a leading highway contractor and largest producer of hot mix asphalt and construction aggregates in New England, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing general laboring tasks, and contributing to the production of high-quality asphalt and aggregates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment, including haul trucks, loaders, and skid steers, to transport materials and perform various tasks.
  • Perform general laboring tasks, such as cleaning equipment, maintaining facilities, and assisting with construction projects.
  • Assist with the production of hot mix asphalt and construction aggregates, including loading and unloading materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
