Job Summary:
Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN Behavioral Health Admin Full Time Days candidate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring competency of clinical staff and effective resource management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
