As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring competency of clinical staff and effective resource management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a registered nurse in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
