About the Job
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including examinations, cleanings, and education on oral health care practices
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments administered
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous learning and professional growth

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' oral health status
- Perform routine cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
- Educate patients on proper oral health care techniques and provide guidance on maintaining good oral hygiene
- Take radiographs as necessary for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare and maintain patient records accurately and efficiently

Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution
- Current unrestricted license to practice dental hygiene in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by a recognized agency
- Minimum one year of recent clinical experience in a similar role
