About the Role

As a Financial Security Advisor at Desjardins, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for serving, prospecting, and developing business relationships with clients, and providing personalized solutions to meet their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use marketing programs to create sales opportunities and sell life, health, disability, and critical illness insurance products.
  • Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and make improvements as needed.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources.
  • Help target and analyze high-potential client files.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Hold the representative's certificate in Insurance of persons - Autorité des marchés financiers.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
