Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service in every aspect of the job.

  • Develop a strong understanding of all products, promotions, and advertising efforts to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Utilize salesmanship skills to consistently meet and exceed sales productivity levels.

  • Assist with various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties, and returning products to inventory as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to process information and merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
