Job Opportunity: Regional Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team at Higher Ground Education.

About the Role:

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of schools across Northern and Southern California. You will work closely with school leaders to ensure the success of each school, drive outcomes, and lead a team of regional specialists. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to improve school performance, building strong relationships with school leaders and staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively quarterback the success of the region, working with a small team of regional specialists to manage school leaders and drive outcomes.
  • Drive business growth through data-driven decision making and a focus on profitability.
  • Lead and build a high-performing team, inspiring and developing talent to achieve their best.
  • Support schools through challenging situations, navigating relationships with parents and handling health and safety incidents.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience with multiple locations for 3+ years.
  • Proven track record of developing talent and motivating teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and evaluate data.
  • Drive to roll-up sleeves and build something, with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.

What We Offer:
