Excavation Specialist

Roto-Rooter, a leading provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services, is seeking a skilled Excavation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including backhoes and mini-excavators, to perform sewer and water services repairs and replacements.

• Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes and mini-excavators, to perform sewer and water services repairs and replacements.
• Perform Manual Labor: Perform manual labor in open excavations, including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
• Interact with Customers: Interact with customers as needed to provide excellent customer service and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Follow Safety Procedures: Follow OSHA and Roto-Rooter safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Construction Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction, including experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• CDL License: Current CDL license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Trenchless Experience: Experience with trenchless water, sewer, and gas services a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
