Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team at GLOBAL BUILDING SERVICES, INC. in Gilroy. As a Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize store floors, restrooms, and common areas
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the store
  • Restock cleaning supplies and paper products
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in janitorial work
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Reliable and punctual

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working between 20-30 hours per week. The schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Hourly Rate: $ DOE - $ DEE per hour
