Job Summary

The Server is a key member of the Food and Beverage team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare itemized checks and process payments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, such as escorting guests to tables, setting up and clearing tables, and operating a cash register.
  • Check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
