Role Summary: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a key player in our market intelligence and relationship-building initiatives, executing targeted outreach to convert potential investors into valued partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 25 high-potential prospects daily, identifying strategic opportunities
  • Conduct 15+ meaningful conversations to gather insights and map potential business landscapes
  • Utilize our qualification script to discern the needs of prospects and identify high-value opportunities
  • Establish 15+ appointments weekly, facilitating the closing process for our sales team
  • Maintain our CRM with accuracy and detail, ensuring all interactions are documented

Qualifications:

  • Stability: A solid employment history with no more than two positions in the last five years
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development or related fields
  • Communication: Ability to manage high volumes of outreach effectively
  • Endurance: Proven track record of sustained communication efforts
  • Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving targets
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in managing customer relationships and data
  • Persistence: Strong follow-up skills
  • Adaptability: Quick to adjust to changing market conditions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000
