Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Team Member to join our team at Woodford Reserve. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and supporting retail and bar services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences through engaging tours and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, processing tickets, and handling payments.
  • Support retail and bar services, including bookkeeping, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with tour captains and the guest services manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

  • PASSIONATE ABOUT SPIRITS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND STORYTELLING ABILITIES.
  • ABILITY TO MANAGE AND LEAD GROUPS EFFECTIVELY.
  • FLEXIBILITY TO PERFORM VARIOUS ROLES AND ADAPT TO DIFFERENT TASKS.
  • BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS AND ABILITY TO HANDLE CASH TRANSACTIONS.

**Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
