Eliada Homes, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral needs of our students, their families, and our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and assess children's emotional and behavioral challenges, providing evidence-based support to help them develop new productive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to implement behavior support plans and instructional goals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of our students.
  • Participate in the Child and Family Team, supporting both parents and child in the process of identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Link children and families to needed services and supports, monitoring the provision of services and assessing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other behavioral, medical, and treatment providers to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting our students.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred, with a minimum of three years' experience working with children in early childhood education with behavioral, cognitive, social, emotional needs and developmental delays.
