Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will assist our experienced HVAC installers with ductwork and fabrication as well as verification of all installed equipment.

You will pull equipment and materials as needed, pick up parts from supply houses or the office to deliver to technicians in the field, and assist with maintenance and repair work. You will identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements and interact with clients to ensure they have a great experience with us.

You will also answer questions and provide training to clients as requested, clean equipment, tidy your work area, maintain company vehicles, and complete paperwork.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with balancing ductwork systems
  • Knowledge about principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  • Ability to pass a background check and a drug test upon hire
  • Ability to work after hours, occasional weekends, and on select public holidays
