Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team in Mountain View, CA. This role involves providing psychological services, conducting assessments, and offering counseling support to students to promote their emotional well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to address mental health and behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective behavioral interventions and support strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for students in need of mental health services.
  • Contribute to the development of programs that promote mental health and social-emotional well-being across the school community.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and student progress.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid Professional Practices credential in School Psychology.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
