We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team at Peters Twp Nursing & Rehab in McMurray, PA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our residents, developing and implementing nutrition plans, and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Advise the Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Food Service Director on clinical aspects of nutrition care and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop nutrition plans of care for residents, track and evaluate effectiveness of nutritional interventions, and ensure timely documentation of nutrition assessment tools and recommended interventions.
• Provide diet instruction and education for residents, family members, and caregivers, and monitor all aspects of the nutrition care delivery process to ensure clinical excellence.
• Address nutrition concerns with the interdisciplinary team and ensure that all members of the team are aware of and follow established nutrition care protocols.

• Dietitian, registered and/or licensed, as required by the state of employment.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable.

• Competitive salary range: $66,000 - $79,000 per year.
