Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Respiratory Specialist to provide respiratory care for adult, neonatal, and outpatient CPAP patients. The ideal candidate will have experience with ECG, EEG, pulmonary function testing, bronchoscopy, and other testing procedures within their scope of practice. Responsibilities include assessing patient respiratory status, setting up and monitoring mechanical ventilators, performing arterial punctures, and analyzing blood gases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program with an Associate's degree or equivalent and RRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) by the American Heart Association
  • Maintains proficiency in arterial blood sampling techniques as prescribed by the hospital and/or JCAHO
  • Valid State License
