About the Role

The Guest Services Team Member is a vital part of our team at The Sports Facilities Companies, providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our facilities.
  • Offer expert knowledge of our facilities' programs and services, including pricing, schedules, and availability.
  • Operate multi-line phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record waivers and event information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion as needed.
  • Professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Assist with venue preparation for events, including setup and teardown.
  • Support event and parking operations during major events, providing exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Transport guests as needed around the facility during events, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent guest service skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations.
  • Must be respectful and friendly to our guests, visitors, and fellow team members.
  • Must work well with others.
  • Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venue.
  • Commitment to the safety and well-being of others.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high.
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend.
  • Will be required to operate a computer.
  • Facility has intermittent noise.
