Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales goals and develop lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service and complying with all company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance, demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer, build and maintain repeat clientele, and resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked, assist in the maintenance of all inventory, and comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventories, adhere to work schedule, and participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
  • Must have flexible availability as per business need.
