Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance
  • Supervise and train refrigeration staff to ensure compliance with USDA regulations and plant quality control standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Prepare estimates and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on refrigeration systems
  • Strong knowledge of USDA regulations and plant quality control standards
