Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead nursing practice in multiple facilities, focusing on inpatient and outpatient units. You will utilize your clinical expertise effectively to drive patient care goals and objectives. You will oversee nursing services within your designated area and develop operational plans that align with the organization's business goals. Monitor daily performance and adjust when necessary to maintain set productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
You will set goals for nursing units, creating and implementing clinical protocols, nursing policies, and patient care models. Lead initiatives to improve nursing quality and communicate effectively with senior management and quality councils. Analyze adverse occurrences, dissect data and findings, recognize trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with non-nursing departments to establish procedures and address issues to enhance patient care and satisfaction. Participate in regular clinical rounds to identify patient needs through room, care environment, and safety rounds. Ensure your area of clinical care complies with all legal, regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements. Coordinate with nurses, physicians, managers to improve patient care. Experience partnering with various departments and medical disciplines in large healthcare institutions is valuable.
