FOH Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FOH Assistant to join our team at Long Doggers Eateries. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Keep dining room floors and all guest visitation areas clean and dry to ensure our guests' safety while in our restaurants.
• Stocking and Cleaning: Stock and clean bathrooms and hand washing stations to maintain a high level of hygiene.
• Table Service: Bus tables efficiently, quickly clean and reset tables according to company standards.
• Team Support: Assist fellow team members, such as servers and bartenders, when needed.
• Communication: Communicate with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and guest service.
• Guest Service: Attend to any guest who may need assistance, ensuring their concerns are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Side Work: Look for any work that may need to be done in support of servers and complete all side work and extra duties assigned by managers.
• Physical Demands: Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift and safely lift and maneuver trays of dishes when necessary (50 lbs.).
