Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Blow Mold Technician to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our blow molding equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on blow molding equipment to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality production.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement best practices for equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operators and maintenance technicians to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in blow molding equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of blow molding equipment and processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment.
  • 4+ years of experience in one of the following fields: blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage.
