This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K plan, competitive hourly compensation ranging from $18 to $22, and a generous tuition discount for your children enrolled in our program. Additionally, a signing bonus of $1,000 is available.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to embark on a rewarding career path in Montessori education. Many of our Assistant Educators transition into Lead Educator roles as they advance through our accredited Montessori training program designed for exceptional team members.

• Experience with children aged 0-6
• 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits or a commitment to obtain them
• Current negative TB test taken within the last year or willingness to obtain one
• Strong collaborative skills with fellow educators
• A growth-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with Montessori principles is advantageous but not mandatory
