Behavior Technician Career Opportunity

Career opportunity available for Behavior Technicians to join our dynamic team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with children, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, and helping them develop essential life skills. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in ABA and contribute to the growth and development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
    • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
    • Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.
    • Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with caregivers.
    • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
    • Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on your caseload.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools, 8:00am-4:00pm in centers, and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings.
    • Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school
    • Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required
    • Childcare experience required
    • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
