The Clinic Director is accountable for patient care within their professional scope and is responsible for various clinic performance metrics, including clinical quality, financial outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
- Effectively manage all responsibilities outlined in the specific job description.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, training, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to align with company values and operational procedures.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, focusing on clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
- Analyze feedback from patient satisfaction surveys to enhance service delivery.
- Facilitate monthly meetings to ensure consistent communication with staff.
- Manage clinic resources to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Ensure staff complete required training programs (Core Content, CME, DOT, CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS).
