We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, working closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Assess patient conditions and notify the occupational therapist of any changes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient functional status.
  • Counsel patients and their families on disease management and proper use of equipment.
  • Document all clinical activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an OTA in an acute care setting.
  • Home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
