Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Superior Grill Shreveport. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting, and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including coffee makers, mixers, and other appliances.
  • Unload and store deliveries, and assist with other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
  • Support other kitchen staff members by assisting with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimal work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
