Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Scope of Care

\

Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' health status, developing treatment plans, ordering diagnostic tests, and recommending referrals as needed. You will also be responsible for documenting patient information, including health appraisals, clinical assessments, treatment decisions, and ongoing management and therapeutic outcomes.

\

Schedule and Requirements

\

This position requires a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You must possess a current and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in any one of the 50 states or U.S. territories. Additionally, you must be board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and have hands-on certification through the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS).
