Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Lead to join our team at ICONMA. As a Phlebotomist Lead, you will be responsible for representing our company to patients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Face of Our Company: As a Phlebotomist Lead, you will be the first point of contact for patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens.
  • Lead Phlebotomy Teams: You will be responsible for leading and guiding phlebotomy teams to ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide Coverage at Multiple Locations: As a Phlebotomist Lead, you will be required to provide coverage at multiple locations, including doctor's offices, patient service centers, and long-term care facilities.
  • Develop Leadership Skills: You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and training new employees.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: As a Phlebotomist Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, laboratory testing services, IT connectivity, billing, and logistics.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction: You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, including verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Phlebotomy Experience: You must have experience in phlebotomy, including drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.
  • Leadership Skills: You must have strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
