We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Lutheran Downtown Hospital. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Participate in code blue and other emergency situations as needed.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification within 3 months of hire.
- No specific experience required.
- Completion of a nursing program diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
