Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Helper to join our team at MENASHA GLOBAL, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our folder gluers and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform feeding and delivery tasks on various pieces of folder gluer equipment
  • Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and stage them properly
  • Operate automatic tape machines and set up the JPack in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and make decisions regarding the quality of finished product
  • Complete required quality inspections and paperwork
  • Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
  • Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of assigned equipment
Requirements
  • Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet production goals and work effectively with a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent desired but not required
  • Ability to read a ruler and line-gauge
