We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Helper to join our team at MENASHA GLOBAL, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our folder gluers and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform feeding and delivery tasks on various pieces of folder gluer equipment
- Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and stage them properly
- Operate automatic tape machines and set up the JPack in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and make decisions regarding the quality of finished product
- Complete required quality inspections and paperwork
- Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
- Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of assigned equipment
- Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to meet production goals and work effectively with a team
- High school diploma or equivalent desired but not required
- Ability to read a ruler and line-gauge
- Competitive pay: $22.50 (base) plus applicable shift differential
