Job Title: Dining Room Manager

At Avenir Restaurant Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the dining room staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including the storage areas and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including promotions and special events.
  • Collaborate with the beverage manager to ensure optimal sales and efficiency of all beverage-related products.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cash handling procedures.
