Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staffing agency, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients undergoing computed tomography (CT) scans, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  • Technical Expertise: Operate CT scanners and other diagnostic equipment to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide clear instructions and updates on patient care.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records, follow safety protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Certifications: Possess current certifications in radiologic technology, such as ARRT (R) or (CT).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CT scanner operation and maintenance.
