Southeastern Integrated Care is seeking an experienced Residential Care Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care to children in our residential treatment program, including administering therapeutic treatment, planning daily activities, and documenting client progress. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in areas such as crisis prevention and intervention, safety protocols, and effective communication techniques. Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to children in the residential treatment program.
- Administer therapeutic treatment and plan daily activities.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth program operations.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience working with children aged 12-17 with emotional difficulties preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Estimated Annual Salary:$45,000 - $60,000.
