Job Title: Workplace Desktop Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Desktop Engineer Specialist to join our team at Manifest Solutions in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions in a MS Windows desktop environment.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid position that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills. You will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and implement large-scale desktop product implementations, including Office365, Windows 11, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and CrowdStrike.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Batch, VBScript, and PowerShell
- Manage and resolve incidents based on priority
- Monitor daily ticket intake for the team
- Develop and implement software deployment strategies using MSI and packaging tools (i.e., Pace Suite, Admin Studio Pro)
- Provide exceptional customer support and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop, Active Directory/Group Policy administration
- Advanced knowledge of endpoint security functions and responsibilities, such as patching, anti-virus, encryption, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft / Ivanti EPM suite or equivalent system management tool
- M365 and Azure administration experience
- Ability to lead and support large-scale desktop product implementations
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
